United StatesIt took a really long time to arrive but I can understand shipping delays because of covid, it was ordered as a gift for me in October and got here in late January. The skirt is so soft and fits really nicely. There's a plastic zipper to adjust how it fits around the waist which I think is really nice. I didn't know there'd be a little white string attached to the bottom but I think I'll just cut it for aesthetic purposes, it looks a bit awkward with the skirt but honestly I think it's there just to keep the pleats which is really cool if it is. Love the skirt, but I bought the set and didn't receive the bowknot :[ so that cost a star. Luckily I had my own from a red/black jk uniform set. Overall very cute, comfortable, and stylish. Don't forget a pair of safety shorts though!
