How to Track my order

  • Received Shipping Confirmation Notification (txt/Email) Click the tracking link/log into your account (if you opened an account with us) click profile-order-track
  • Not Received shipping confirmation notification yet
    • Usually orders are dispatched in 1~4 weeks  (due to COVID-19, processing time may extend, we will try our best to ship everyone's order as soon as possible) we need to transfer stock to the closest warehouse to you. (shipping and packing requires time) you will receive shipping confirmation email as soon as it is ready for you. 
    • For Pre-order item (including Lolita fashion/JK uniform/Sanrio collaboration/ product title/product page indicates Pre-order) Please refer to the processing time/dispatch date on the product page
You will receive shipping confirmation notification includes tracking number once your order is ready. And then track your package from the shipping confirmation link. / log into your account (if you opened an account) track your order
  • Tracking info shows delivered but cannot locate your package. Contact your local office /shipping carrier they will provide more info for you.
  • Received shipping confirmation email and  Tracking info shows it left US and transferred to the final destination, but it takes longer than usual. (Due to Covid-19, it takes longer time for international shipping. ) When it shows arrived in the final destination country, track your package in your local post office system. example: if the final destination is Brazil, search he tracking number in the Brazil post. (it will shows no result until it arrives in Brazil. )
