Most orders are shipped in 1~4 weeks (excluding US public holidays).All orders are shipped via USPS/DHL/UPS/.
Shipping cost will be calculated in the check out (after you put in your shipping address and shipping service you would like to use).
Deliveries from our warehouses may take up to 10 to 60 business days for you to receive, depending on your location and shipping methods you chose.
Products sourced from our Asian warehouse, and all reservations and pre-orders, typically require more processing time (please check the product page), on top of local delivery time.
Delivery may take longer for orders due to pandemic situation. We cannot guarantee the shipping time because it is not under our control. Please visit shipping carrier website to look up more info related to shipping time.
Deposits are required for all pre-orders / reservations/handmade items /made to order, and deposits are non-refundable except in the event when we are unable to acquire the items ordered or under the condition that we clearly stated that the deposits is refundable on the product page.
Pre-order/ reservation/handmade/ made to order time will be stated on the product page. If you are not sure about the processing time please contact us. Delivery time for Pre-order/reservation/handmade/made to order items= processing time+shipping time.
Under some circumstances, (for example lock-down city enforcement policy due to Covid-19, public holidays, limited capacity of factory due to covid-19. ) processing time may extend. We will keep you informed. And you can also contact us to get the new estimated processing time.

We're so sorry cutie, we're not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed after 48 hours, we have to process the order as soon as possible..but we bet you'll love it when you see it. ;)

We will accept a return or exchange if an item is in defective condition, or you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Preorders and custom orders and handmade items cannot be returned or exchange. They are not refundable. They are paid in full up front so that your order is being produced and made.
Lingerie, Socks, Underwear, Panties any intimate wear, and wigs etc. are not eligible for return or exchange.
All sale items over 30% off are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
Happy Bags, Lucky Bags, Surprise Bags are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
Items marked ‘final sale’ and ’Clearance‘ are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Everythingcuteclub is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect : contact us within 5 business days of the receipt date. we'll need a photo /video when you contact us to help!)
if you received the wrong item, It also needs to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. Please send it back to the address we provide in 10 business days for return/exchange. (after 10 business days the return label will be deactivated and we will not be able to receive your return.

EVERYTHINGCUTECLUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST /STOLEN MAIL.
We will always ship to the exact address you provide us with, and we also provide a shipping confirmation email (with tracking number). Please track your package~
If the package didn't deliver successfully due to customers' reasons, we will not be able to issue a refund for the order.
If the customers provided the wrong shipping address, we will not be responsible for the lost mail.
If the package was returned due to insufficient/wrong shipping address provided by the customers, Everythingcuteclub will not be able to resend the package if it is lost. And we cannot issue a refund at that moment.
If we get the return package from the post office luckily, customers will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.
The post office will not keep the package for over 7~10 days after the final delivery attempt. Please pick up the package in time.If it past due, it will be destroyed by the post office even it shows a return to sender. We will not be able to resend the package if it is lost. And we cannot issue a refund at that moment.If we get the return package from the post office luckily, customers will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.

Customers can collect points/ scores by purchase, completing the "challenges", showing off how cute our product is on social media, special events (2X points events/ giveaways)

Every country has its own taxes and customs fees that vary by type of product and order value. We ship to 200+ countries, and do not collect taxes or duties at time of order placement when shipping to most.This means that buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advancement fees accrued on a package.
Everythingcuteclub provides the order receipts and custom form.
We may be! The best way to find out is to enter your email address in the out of stock box on the product page you're looking at! Then we can email you if and when we get it back in stock :)
Once we approve refund, customer will receive an email for cancelation confirmation.
Shopify will send out the refund in several business days, but the customers bank will take some time to actually process it. This is entirely dependant on their bank. For example, have you ever gone and requested a refund before on your credit card, usually there is a several day waiting period before the money appears back onto you statement. It's usually around 5-7 business days. International cards will take up to 30 business days.
Again, we never collect customers financial info including your card number and CVV.
Shopify is the middle man to take care and protect your financial info.
(We start our product reviews system recently) Customers will receive E-mail invitation automatically after the orders are fulfilled (shipped out), please fill in when you RECEIVE THE ORDERS.

We answer the emails usually within 2~4 business days (exclude the public holidays). If you don't receive replies after 7 days please check the email address is correct, and resend your emails. Sometimes email system will block the emails for some reasons.
We will not intend to ghost any customers.
But please be respectful and polite. Remember behind the screen is a real person.
If there is unresolved problem between us, and you have to file a claim to your bank, we will prepare the evidences for the dispute process. The bank will make their decision up to 75 days.
All the legal pages on our site, including the shipping / refund policy are shown on our front page header and footer part. And they are all shown in the check out page ( before the payment process), and they will be sent to the customers with order confirmation email.
We will take full responsibilities if we didn't do things right as we promised on our legal page.
BUT
Please don't scam small business. Be respectful to the dispute process. You might receive the refund from your bank at once, but after we submit the evidence and proof, your bank will charge you again and pay us back.
And this will impact your credibility. In the future if you really have issues with other merchants you may lose the chance to get your money back.
Filing a dispute to reverse the result of a cancellation will incur permanent suspension on all future transactions, including special events and convention events with Everythingcuteclub online/ in- store.
