Refund policy

Orders placed after Jun.14th 2022 will be applied to this new refund/return/exchange policy. 

Cancelation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as the item has already been sent into production for you.  Order cancelled within 24 hours, you can choose to receive in store credit with 100% order amount, or go back to your original payment 5% of your order amount will be deducted as transaction and handling fee.

Pre-order items:

Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping time frame listed on the product page. Because of unforeseen production delays, we cannot always guarantee styles will ship in that time frame, but we will do everything in our power to make sure you get your item in a timely fashion. If delays are severe, we will contact you to see if you’d like to keep the delayed pre-order or if you’d like a refund.

Please note you may also receive your pre-order item much sooner than the estimated date, please be ready to receive your item at any point between your order date and the estimated ship date.


Return/Exchange Policy 

If you don't love your order, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items, with all tags attached, please request for a return by emails within 7 days of receiving your delivery (Please note some items are not eligible for return/ exchange please check the list below)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return arrives in less than the original condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and you will be responsible for return shipping to have the item sent back to you.

Please note: we do not accept returns for items used for events, photoshoots, or posted wearing on social media. Items must be unworn with all tags intact to be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend obtaining a receipt from the shipping company when dropping off your return so that you can verify that your item was dropped off and sent back, hold on to this until your return has arrived and been processed. 

Shipping costs for your return will be deducted from your credit amount.

Damages and issues
If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, make sure to include photos with your order number when contacting us by emails customerservice@everythingcuteclub.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: 

Preorders and custom orders and handmade items cannot be returned or exchange. They are not refundable. They are paid in full up front so that your order is being produced and made.

Lingerie, Socks, Underwear, Panties any intimate wear, and wigs etc. are not eligible for return or exchange. 

All sale items over 30% off are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

Happy Bags, Lucky Bags, Surprise Bags are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange. 

Items marked ‘final sale’ and ’Clearance‘ are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

You can choose to receive the refund as a store credits, and use it right away for your next purchase. Or, the refund will be sent to the original payment. Please allow 7~ 11 business days


Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
