1. Legit or Spam?

  • Everythingcuteclub is registered in US and we pay tax in US. We put 10~15% of sales as Reserved Funds in Shopify. We post our shipping/packing clips on our instagram stories, (and we start to upload more on tiktok too)
  • We are offering one stop kawaii shopping experience. You can find everything cute here including our collaborated brands and our own products.
  • offline store coming soon! Please tell us where (in which city) you want to meet everything cute club 

2. How to Track My Order

  • We will start to process your order in 48hours after you place the order. If you need to make any change to your order please contact us during that time by email /online chat/ txt.
  • There will be an order confirmation and thank you email sent to you. And you can find more info regarding to track your order from the page  https://everythingcuteclub.com/pages/how-to-track-my-order
  • Usually orders are dispatched in 1~4 weeks except Pre-order/ handmade/ lolita jk fashion/plus size   (due to COVID-19, processing time may extend, we will try our best to ship everyone's order as soon as possible) we need to transfer stock to the closest warehouse to you. (shipping and packing requires time) you will receive shipping confirmation email as soon as it is ready for you. 
  • We've never had a single order not be delivered successfully. IF anything goes astray, we have you covered, no matter what! So in the meantime, just sit back, relax, and let your lovely items arrive in the time frame given.

 

3. WHERE DO YOU GUYS SHIP FROM?

  • Depends on the stocks. We have one warehouse in NY state in US (there will be one more in Florida soon)  If it is in US warehouse it will be shipped out in 3 business days. And we have warehouses and factory in Asian. In order to save cost for our lovely customers, after we receive US orders we usually transfer our stocks to US warehouse first and then ship out individual customer order. For international order, we will ship out from the closest warehouse to you. 

4. My item isn't tracking, why?

  • For US orders, (inventory in Asian) If it is on the way to transfer to our US warehouse, you will not receive shipping confirmation email with Tracking number. Once it is shipped out from our US warehouse you will be able to track your package on your own. 
  • For international orders, you will be able to track it with Cainao or 17Track to track your items. (Parcels will NOT show up in local systems like USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc, until the final days of it's journey. )
  • If you actually placed an order, you absolutely did receive an email - it's automatic. If you're not seeing it, it's likely in your spam or junk folder, OR, you may have made a typo on your email address. If you think you made a typo when you checked out, just contact us via email and we will immediately correct it for you and resend your order confirmation. Rest assured that your order will be processed like normal whether you made a typo or not.

5. WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

  • Since we have different warehouses in different countries, we currently are unable to offer returns for simple matters of you choosing a wrong size or changing your mind. Please always consult the size charts on each item before ordering.If you are unsure about your size feel free to contact us for suggestion. 
  • However, if your item arrives damaged, missing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us in 5 days after the delivery date. Email us customerservice@everytingcuteclub.com  please include your order number and photos/videos of the damaged / wrong products. We will reply to you in 48hours to discuss about the following steps (return and exchange). IF for some reason the item is now out of stock, we will instead offer you a refund OR a different item of your choosing to replace it - whatever you prefer.
  • If your items arrives damaged and we used usps priority mail to ship to you. Please contact USPS to get refund ASAP. link
  • Please pick up your packages in time, usually post office will keep your package after the final delivery attempt about 7-10days, after that the shipping company will destroy your package. The tracking number may update as ''return to sender''by default but sadly it will not be returning to us. We cannot refund or reship in this situation. 
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We will always ship to the exact address you provide us with, and we also provide delivery confirmation email. Please provide with Correct shipping address. If you think your postal system is unreliable, or you've had packages stolen before,  please purchase at your own discretion. 

    5. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    • Refund Proportion for Cancellation:

      Status of Order within 12 hours after your payment

      Preparing/Prepared 

      (12 hours-24 hours after your payment)

      Packaging and prepare to be transfered to our warehouse  (24 hours to 48 hours after your payment)
      Refund Proportion of Total Amount (%) 100 100% of order item exclude the shipping fee if it is free shipping 7.99 will be unrefundable

      Over 48 hours after your payment we are unable to cancel your order and unable to give you refund.

      6. Import duties 

      * Import duties(outside of US) taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

       

      * Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

       

      * These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
