Thanks for being our customers over the past 1 year. We started up in 2020. We made mistakes and progress. We are a start up company in United states, and we have room to improve. 1. We created a new collection "ready to be shipped in 72 hours"
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items marked at 50% off or greater
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Jewelry
- All intimates
- Face Masks
- Made-to-order/Pre-order item
- Items must be unwashed and in original condition with their original packaging and tags
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and free of dirt, scuffs and wear
4. New warehouse in Florida ❤ opening this fall.
5. Feedback suggestion channels
We really value our customers and we want to learn from the mistakes. Because of the constraints, sometimes there are miscommunications. If you are not satisfied with your previous experience, and want to help us to improve please contact us customerserivce@everythingcuteclub.com with the subject line feedback/suggestion. Our manager will directly check those emails. If you don't have time to write an email simply fill out the survey. We will rsend out store credits for the constructive feedback and suggestions.
6. Physical store & Pop up store
We will choose the location for physical store based on the current online customers geographic location. Also we will have a vote to let you to choose where to meet our physical store. Physical will not carry all the products that we have online. But we will have online exclusive and offline exclusive styles. And more importantly, all the VIPs benefit tiers that you get from online store can be used in physical store. Hope to meet you soon!
