Thanks for being our customers over the past 1 year.  We started up in 2020. We made mistakes and progress. We are a start up company in United states, and we have room to improve. If you want to give us some suggestion or feedback feel free to contact us (sometimes the system will filter the message, if we don't get back to you in 7 days please resend your message~ We appreciate it) 

Just to share something new

1.   We created a new collection "ready to be shipped in 72 hours"

I know people love the products but they don't want to wait for long time. This collection is not included any pre-order or back order products And the products are all in stock in United states warehouse. If you want to buy last minute presents please check this collection
2.  We upgraded our email system. From to
The old email was free email service and we missed messages from customers. Hope the new professional email system will help us to better assist everyone. 
3. New exchange policy
We did't offer exchange service because of Covid-19. Right now more people are getting vaccinated. So we decide to offer better exchange policy. For order placed after May.1st 2021. If you need to exchange for different size. Please contact us with subject line exchange for size 
Please note customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee. And please send us tracking number when you return the item.
After we receive your return we will open another order for you with different size you chose.
For international order we will issue store credits  (deducted the original shipping fee) after we receive your return and you can use it to get another size. 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items marked at 50% off or greater
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Hosiery
  • Jewelry
  • All intimates
  • Face Masks
  • Made-to-order/Pre-order item
  • Items must be unwashed and in original condition with their original packaging and tags
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and free of dirt, scuffs and wear

4. New warehouse in Florida ❤ opening this fall. 

5. Feedback suggestion channels

We really value our customers and we want to learn from the mistakes. Because of the constraints, sometimes there are miscommunications. If you are not satisfied with your previous experience, and want to help us to improve please contact us with the subject line feedback/suggestion. Our manager will directly check those emails. If you don't have time to write an email simply fill out the  survey. We will rsend out store credits for the constructive feedback and suggestions. 

6. Physical store & Pop up store

We will choose the location for physical store based on the current online customers geographic location. Also we will have a vote to let you to choose where to meet our physical store. Physical will not carry all the products that we have online. But we will have online exclusive and offline exclusive styles. And more importantly, all the VIPs benefit tiers that you get from online store can be used in physical store. Hope to meet you soon!
