Will there be any delays with shipping?

Unfortunately in this critical global health crisis, we are impacted by shipment services company's delay. DHL, USPS and other shipment companies have changed their delivery speed commitments. And due to decreasing international flights and high volume orders, our stock transfer (from Asian warehouses to US warehouses) speed has been impacted too. These might make your orders delay 1-2 weeks.

But we are trying our best to speed up the processing time. 

Our employees are working 7 days a week in order to speed up the packing and order processing time. And we are using the most expensive and quickest way of shipping without considering the increasing cost. (USPS priority mail  and DHL express)

Are packages safe to receive right now?

Based upon current information available from the CDC there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Generally, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. We will continue to monitor information from the CDC to see if there are further developments or changes to this information.
